Chefs for Clearwater 2018 will bring together 300 Hudson Valley luminaries, culinary aficionados, and donors to Clearwater and other environmentally focused organizations to celebrate the bounty of the Hudson Valley in support of Hudson River Sloop Clearwater. You’ll savor a five-course tasting menu with produce sourced exclusively from Hudson Valley growers, ranchers, vintners and distillers, prepared by local celebrity chefs under the direction of Chef Terrance Brennan. You’ll also be helping to preserve the natural bounty of our beautiful region for generations to come.
